NFS unbound Ultimate edition missing 5.000.000 and other items.

Hello everyone,

Yesterday evening I purchased the highest edition of Need for Speed Unbound on my PlayStation 5, which includes a bonus of 5,000,000 in-game credits.

When I first launched the game, the credits were correctly visible in my balance. However, after completing the intro/tutorial section and entering the garage to customize my first car, my balance suddenly became 0 credits. All bonus credits completely disappeared.

I have not spent the money, there were no error messages, and I am using the same EA Account and PSN profile as always.

Platform: PlayStation 5

Edition: Ultimate / highest available edition

Issue: Bonus 5,000,000 credits visible at first launch, then vanished after intro

Has anyone experienced something similar?

Is this a known bug or a sync issue with EA servers?

Any workaround or fix before EA Support responds would be greatly appreciated.
