Bug: Can't obtain "The Need for Speed" title and the others from the playlist

Hi!

Two or three days ago, I started playing The Need For Speed playlist to get the title. After I won it multiple times (more than those 3/3 wins) I had it equipped on my character and log out. The next day, my progress had been reset for the last two or three days, with the titles, challenges, money, new car, even the DeLorean I had just unlocked - everything, except the speed pass rank and the general rank I had. I tried to open a case on EA Help but no one is responding. Yesterday and today I have grinding the wins again and after multiple wins (again, I think there is a bug that it's not registering correctly) I am stuck at 1/3 wins, the same with the other challenges, like:

- Complete the playlist 10 times - 1/10;

- Podium the playlist 5 times - 1/5;

- Spend 30 seconds airborne - 10/30.

If I go now to a playlist, I know I will not get the win for the title because I will not accumulate any airborne time (more than those 10/30 seconds).

I play on PS5 and I'm not playing with any friends, just the normal playlist.

Any help?
