Can’t play the game that y’all created for us

It’s popping up saying my inventory could not be loaded please try again and this is the second time this is happened it happened last year and you guys fixed it and then my friend has a problem trying to get on the game and he’s on PC so Why y’all fix PC and then Xbox has a problem. Like I just wanna play the game that y’all created for us to have fun in and I can’t even play with my friend
