Can not connect online
So I spoke to Md-Yasin on live chat today and my problem is that i can not access the online section in need for speed unbound.
When i launch the game the first error after trying to connect is: you have lost connection. Online features will be unavailable. please check your connection or try again later. see ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information
I have tried everything to fix days and its been few weeks now. I have 500mbps download and upload internet speed by wire and own a high end PC.
I have tried every single troubleshooting there is including the ones that were mentioned in the live chat from EA support and none of them worked.
I need this sorted out please as its just ridiculous.

To check have you also tried the following?
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
