Cant buy cars anymore

I haven't been able to buy new cars in single player and multiplayer. This has been and issue since volume 6. I really need help here since this isn't the first time doing this. I have a PS5, my PSN is madmike-16. The issue still persist as of right now. I have photos for proof.
