Trophies not popping

I’ve trawled the internet for an answer. I’ve just completed the main story to realise trophies hadn’t been popping while playing offline. This seems to be a prevalent issue I wasn’t aware of until too late.

is there any way to get them to unlock without playing the whole story again, because there’s not a chance I’m doing that again?
