Just realized I am missing all palace edition cars as well.

Are you guys on PS5? If so, did you reinstall the game? And if so, make sure you download the right edition! In your library it first only shows the normal edition. Go on the game and select the editions. Download the Palace edition and you’ll have all the cars and clothing back, just not the 150K in online.
I deleted and then reinstalled the palace edition but I don’t have the cars. I appreciate the suggestion and hope they get this stuff worked out soon!
@SportyNico11 Thanks for that, nope user error there, didn't even realise as I bought the Palace Edition from the PS Store so didn't realise they were different. That will probably solve that problem then (hopefully I don't lose my progress), will see if it solves the $150k. Thanks for the help man!!!
@illuminous @Are 1000% sure you chose the Palace Edition in the library or store? Because I thought it would automatically be the Palace edition as well but no, you have to manually choose to install the Palace edition. Just checking!
@SportyNico11 Sort of worked, no cash as expected, but the cars are now available to purchase. I was expecting we would have been gifted them, not have to buy them but oh well. Again, appreciate the help. Now we just need the cash issue and the character customisation issues resolved by EA.
@Anngow Yeah I had to delete my game file for it to work.
@Anngow And yeah like you said, I thought as well we would get these cars sort of like jumpstart cars since every car the edition has seem like they fit every tier. Bummed out about that one too.
