@9b05fa1682b214e8 No fix yet. Some others have said that deleting your save works if you don't mind starting again.
@I-KUKII-1 Yeah I for example have started over again because it was annoying me this much to not be able to customize my online character. I was only two in-game weeks into the story but damn I don’t recommend anybody to just start over again because of the Dev’s not fixing their stuff. Just aggravating.
Yeah I don't recommend to ruin tens of hours/hundred+ hours worth of progress because of the developers' mistake with the code. We need to hear from EA about the fix. @EA_Atic are you around? Can we get any sort of update on the situation? This is clearly affecting a lot of people as you can see, and there's plenty more on Reddit saying the same thing. We've pretty much narrowed it down to the pre-order bonuses most likely being the cause, it's PS5 only, and the effect is as explained. Devs should have an easier time at this point replicating the issue and getting a fix out. Hoping to hear something soon. Really takes the joy out of the game for me..
It's not pre-order only. I have the issue as well and didn't pre-order.
