I’m having the same issue. Playing on PS5
There's a update coming out soon. I think it's for the addons/money that some people are missing and crashes, but hopefully our character bug is included.

- @I-KUKII-1 Really hoping this update somehow does fix this issue along with the others but it's really a 50/50, we haven't heard anything back from EA Atic or any other reps, and the details of the patch are vague. Crossing my fingers on this one.

I'm not a computer scientist but HOW HARD is it to fix such nonsense?!?!? shame
Yeah update done nothing for me either still cannot customize online character and BMW not available for me to purchase , maybe we should all request a partial refund if they aren't going to fix our game
- @TONYWR1988 same for me, i’ve had m3 gtr for a while but it literally disappeared from lakeshore online either from my garage and from rides store
