Team is investigating the issue and we need some extra information.
- What is everyone gamertag and platform they are playing on?
- When you enter Multiplayer for the first time and you are going to choose your character do you remember what way you progress to the menu from making your characters to entering the first race?

@EA_Atic I play on PS5 I played a bit of prolog story mode then jumped into online. When I joined I went to the seccond to last guy model and selected him. I then customized him changing his hair, facial, voice, and clothing. I then picked my car customized it and closed the game. When I got back on a friend joined my session we raced 2 races. Upon entering the safe house after those races is when the clothing bug started. Hope this information helps solve the problem.
Same exact issue here on PS5.
I have the Pre-Order Pack and the Palace Pack both installed.
No issues with single player character customization. But with Online, I cant even change the character model. No matter which model I choose (I tried every single one), as soon as you progress to the next screen to customize the model, the model is already reset back to the very first one. Every... single... time....
Nothing works. I have refused to even play online until this is fixed.
