Can't customize online character

@I-KUKII-1 I am also having this problem. Was able to create a character and do a banner with that personalized character. The banner hasn't changed but every time I go into the world to race it changes to the default female character and that character can not be customized at all. This really takes away from the personalized feeling of the multiplayer environment because I can't even be see as who I am.
