Can't enable XeSS
it's *.dll files are in the game files folder, but I can't enable XeSS ingame, there's only FSR , which is also nice to have, but it has it's limitations/downsides..
Intel XeSS has already proven to be a very good alternative, and depending on the case, it can yield even better results regarding temporal image stability / quality, with less artifacts , moire & flicker than FSR,
especially since it's 1.1 update - as wccftech titles - >> XeSS 'destroys' FSR in cyberpunk 2077 for instance..
it also yields better results in Death Stranding direcors cut, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, or Forza Horizon 5 (yes, the latter also got XeSS a few days ago)
it received improvements not only when running on Arc GPUs but also when used on other companys hardware using alternative DP4a / HLSL SM6.4 path.. (just like FSR, XeSS is GPU manufacturer/vendor agnostic and can be run on Intel, AMD and Nvidia hardware as well)
for me being a non-professional, this video from Intel's last presentation on GDC in March 23 was especially interesting,
where they talk about some specific guidelines on how to integrate XeSS into your game:

I'm really curious if you just 'abandoned' your plans, and the XeSS files are just some leftovers,
or if you're still tweaking it and maybe unlock it with a future patch / game update.
I'm pretty sure if you do it right, XeSS would be great in Unbound as well..
