Cant pick a meetup in story mode Unbound and the missing original horn sounds

Just found this bug before i closed the game, i wanted to do a race, was customizing cars for a while, and when i went to get to a meetup, there was no meetup and even the map was grey, wth, i never saw this before was so weird, and also the bug that i reported before of the missing original car horn, the car horn original sound is simply missing completely from the game.
