Cant play the game after volume 9 update

Summarize your bug After i bought the deffinitive collection upgrade and the game updated to volume 9 im getting several errors: I cant sell cars in offline or online - When i try to sell a car it just doesn't do nothing. (in offline mode if i launch the game without connection i could sell the cars from SP garage) I cant use some cars (i've tested with the new Integra) - When i choose it, i cant tune it (says purchase failed or smth like that) and when i go to the police garage and go back the Integra gets swapped with the Countryman DLC car. When i try to go online, at any mode i get the F03 error code when loading. Ik it could be from the 200 cars limit and now i have like 130 in MP and 20 in SP after selling some in SP, but still cant play MP, also tried reinstalling the game and clearing cache of EA app and the game itself. Note: I have got that cannot purchase message when trying to tune the Mustang darkhorse after buying the deffinitive upgrade but before the volume 9 update, but after restarting i could tune it normally, now it doesnt work.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buy the deffinitive upgrade (and maybe reach 200 cars in garage)
What happens when the bug occurs? Game is unplayable basically, cant tune or use pass or dlc cars, cant join online sessions and cant sell any car even if i wanted.
What do you expect to see? To be able to play the game???

Ok, so i managed to fix the F03 error in PC (EA App) and i didnt see this listed anywhere so here it goes: I had to use another computer to install the game at (in my case update the game bc i had it on my laptop) and open the game normally. then i went to online and sold all 0$ cars , DLC and pass cars basically (if you havent, you need to do this in single player too) and then i could join multiplayer normally, in SP garage i have 20~ cars and in MP 80~ , if you are under 100 in SP and MP it should work. I couldnt do that on my main pc bc i wasnt able to sell cars, something with residual files or idk really
