Can't properly change color and brightness of car and wraps

@DE4DKEY I have a car with a very dark olive green that sometimes shows correctly and sometimes as dark grey. Also, I don't know if it's intended or a bug but decal transparency doesn't make sense. For example, if you have decal 1 and decal 2 one over the other and set the transparency of the top one to be any % transparent, the one underneath won't show and goes straight to the paint. Also, I think wrap should have the same types as paint and not only basic and metal. Wrap foil comes in all sorts irl.
