Can't select or buy other horns after equipping the cat horn (Speed Pass reward)

Summarize your bug When I equipped the cat horn (rewarded form Speed Pass), I couldn't select or even buy other horns. This bug occurred just now.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By going to Customization>Vanity Kits>Horn, there you'll notice when the cat horn is equipped, you're not able to select/change or even buy other horns.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing adverse had happened. No crashes and etc. The game's all fine. This mentioned problem just occurred for me today.
What do you expect to see? However, this bug isn't the only one that occurred. Others even had issues regarding the Speed Pass rewards, such as had game crashes and online file corrupt saves once they use one of the awarded Speed Pass items. While these bugs and crashes didn't happened to me yet, but the one I've currently mentioned, I'd still expect all Vol. 3 bugs and file corrupts to be patched ASAP.

Did anybody else encountered this issue?? I've also noticed that others even had issues such as online file corruption with the Speed Pass rewards.

All other vanity kits are fine for me, but when I equipped the cat horn (rewarded form Speed Pass), I couldn't select or even buy other horns.
