car engine turned off at start of race

does anyone else dealing with their car not having any power , I can select my car , use every button on the controller , but my car does not have the engine on , and I have to restart the entire game , this is happening pretty much every 3rd race now to the point where I sit in front of the screen longer doing nothing than playing the game , how on earth we got this point where online gaming became 45 minutes waiting 15 minutes playing per hour , this entire industry needs a reset , we do not need any new hardware for a decade so these so called programmers can catch with the software , because this is a joke not a game
