What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes if I modify the engine parts, the rest is just an aesthetic and graphic problem.

The Porsche taycan has some problems, I'll give you a list: 1) The wheels/tires model are invisible or missing. 2) If you want to modify the engine/clutch/brakes/ecc.. parts the game instantly crashes.
3) The handling does not have all modifiable options.

Also, can we try the following?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Install/Repair your VC++ files for your game (Microsoft VC++ Link)
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
