NFS UNBOUND FPS DROP

I get 90-110 FPS in the game at 2K resolution
My monitor is 1080p but there is low FPS even at 1080p
When I first enter the game there is no problem.
FPS drops as you play and does not recover
Even lowering the settings to the lowest doesn't help.
For those who will suggest solutions (DLSS active- I tried starting the game as administrator - I updated the drivers (including bios) - I tried turning vsync on and off.)

My system: 3070 TI - R7 5700x - 32 GB RAM - 1 TB SSD
