Car not moving in online races.

Happened a couple times now, the game doesn't let me drive forwards or reverse when in a PVP playlist race.

Wheels can be turned, chat wheel works etc., but cannot move the car with controller or keyboard bindings. The car isn't locked into place either because the car is affected by collision physics for example.
