Cars disappear from garage on story mode

Good Morning.

So, some of my cars just vanish from my garage on Story Mode. I had almost every car, with the exception of the more expensive ones (600k and above), but today when I was customizing some of then I notice that I lost several cars.

I lost almost all Porshes, Plymouth Cuda, Trans Am, some Nissan cars and others cars. I can't remember all many cars I had on my garage, but it was certainly more than 88.

I hope there is a way to recover them, since it took a long time grinding for those.

  • Are you getting an error message? No.
  • Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? I notice the problem on 28/07/2024 and yes, it is still happening.
  • Are you unable to claim the EA Play reward, or did the vehicle disappear? I do not have EA Play subscription. The cars that disappear was bought in game.
  • Do you still have an active EA Play subscription? I never had a EA Play Subscription
  • Is anything else happening? No
  • Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: Tryed to restart the game; log in on the online mode; restart EA and Steam apps; tryed to restart the PC; I tryed Steam Files Verification tool, wich found one file corrupted. Steam download the file again, but the cars are still missing.
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...: Does not apply to the problem.
  • If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)

    On Single Player I only have/had two cars locked, Delorean and the Porsche that required multiplayer games to unlock; all other I unlocked before the cars vanished.

    Multiplayer I only logged once, gained one car from it and did not play it again. My main focus has been only the single player.

    I ended up grindind all over again to purchase the cars that I lost (I think it was 8 or something like that).

    Hi @Febaxmann, Have you unlocked anything since they disappeared to see if they would become unlocked again?

    I had to grind for money and purchase then again, but the cars did not return to me after I bought then.

    No idea why the cars I own simple dissappeared from my garage.

    I only hope this does not happen again.

    Thanks for the additional information.

    It sounds as if your save may have been corrupted, Do you remember ever getting an error message about your session not saving?

    @EA_Illium I did not get an error message, but one time I was trying to exit a online loby and the game just got stuck on loading screen. It did not crash, but never finish loading, so I had to force it to exit (Alt + F4).
    Maybe that corrupted the save file.

    Hi @Febaxmann, It's possible something did get corrupted.

    You could try backing up your save files, uninstalling the game and checking with something like Revo uninstall that all files are removed.

    After reinstall NFS Unbound and trying to see if your save has been fixed. If not it's possible the save file itself was corrupted.
