Challenge not tracking

Summarize your bug "Earn 3 bars of burst nitrous from a single hit with the ESF 6 times" not tracking I have been hours trying to even get one time and I have completed it numerous times seeing my burst nitrous fill completely but it does not go towards completing challenge. I have tried multiple cop cars on different setups to no avail
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use any cop car to try and complete challenge to see if it tracks correctly
What happens when the bug occurs? I'm left trying to complete challenge
What do you expect to see? For either the challenge to track or change the challenge to something that can either be done easier or tracked easier
