Completely lost Online and Offline progress in Unbound

Today I just lost all my progression in online mode. Yesterday my progress are lvl45 but today I open my game the are show like I open in the first time ask me everything(crossplay,auto login, etc.) ...

I was given an error message stating no gameplay was being saved to which I closed the game and started it back up... When I did this I got a popup saying the save file is corrupt and cannot be retrieved.i then closed the popup only to find that I have now lost 100s of hours of progress and cars and have to start over with no way of gaining back my lost progress... Can anyone please help?
