If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)

I recently had the same issue like 2 weeks ago. At some point while I was racing i received an error message with the 9 code, can't remember correctly. Then I restarted the game and another messaged appeared saying that my data was corrupted. After that i restarted the game for the 2nd time and whrn I tried to go to multiplayer sent me to the character customization as if was my first time on online multiplayer. Hope you could help me to solve this issue and retreive my online progress.

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? Last week of september, i`ve tried several times to launch the game hoping to get my progress and no luck with that
Is anything else happening? Nope, just my progress lost

this is the 2nd time this has happen to me .i spend a lot of time on this game & had 20+M & EA comes in & takes it all away in one day .
the only thing that is corrupted is EA.
