Completely lost Online and Offline progress in Unbound

Today I just lost all my progression in online mode. Yesterday my progress are lvl45 but today I open my game the are show like I open in the first time ask me everything(crossplay,auto login, etc.) ...

Same issue here today! around 95 cars are gone in online, i have to do the story from the beginning! 465 h gameplay LOST! achievements are still there.

Sorry for your loss dude. 

I've had a long back and forth chat with ea on this and it's honestly one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Multiple times they just changed the ticket status to "resolved" without answering. Or they just gave generic answers like "check the forum". I linked to all mine and other's answer here about this and at the end they literally started to answer random * totally unrelated like "we heard you had some problems with nfs heat". 

And at that point I just gave up. I think they tried to be annoying and playing dumb. It worked 🤷

    @Cirqle I'm gonna request a full refund from PlayStation and if not, I'll be looking into legal action against EA. They've ignored many game breaking issues and offer no real way to get in contact with a real human in customer support. They do everything to make it hard to get help. Even their Twitter is a bot. I paid full price with a preorder and bought all DLC. Just to lose all progress on PS5. Game won't even load into story mode so it's actually unplayable. I'm not exaggerating. I made a post to ask for help but nobody will answer. All replies in other posts with the same issue get no help at all. Just a silent "Thank you for your money now f off. We don't care about your problems with the game. Even if you can't play it at all."

      @IceKoldKilla1992 yep. I've found people reporting the issue all back to December 2022. So they've known about this for almost a year without doing anything.

      A cloud save feature would be all that's needed. I wouldn't mind losing a single session. Losing hundreds of hours of gameplay I really do mind.

      And they've made the situation infinitely worse by ignoring the problem and ignoring those of us who lost everything.
