Constant Crashes on AMD GPUs

Game is simply unplayable on AMD GPUs, takes an eternity to launch and when it does launch it has a 50/50 chance of crashing whenever you start an event, i've seen multiple people having this issue w...

Same here with a RTX 3080. This game is a mess. First it even launched since the last update, and now just crashes.
