Controller not working
Hi, completely randomly when i loaded up NFS unbound my controller wasn't working even though it had been working just fine on the game before, i tested my controller on other games so the controller definitley isn't the problem. I also tried changing some controller settings in steam and adding the entire EA desktop aswell as NFS unbound to steam as a non-steam game but this did not resolve the issue. After this when i loaded up the game the controller wouldn't be recognised, all the buttons on the screen were keys on my keyboard but i could use the controller to look around while in the vehicle, nothing else. I even tried deleting EA desktop aswell as NFS unbound and reinstalling them but this did not work either.
Can we try the following and check if this continues?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
