Controller Support on PC problems

Guys,

I connected my Xbox Series X gamepad and I booted NFS Unbound as normal. However, it got worse when I reached the Start screen and the game isn't letting me press the A button as normal. It got worse when I couldn't press A or B to enter single or multiplayer; the malfunction got more worse when I tried to select my rides or navigate the menu. It forced me to press the LT for B and RT for A. Navigating the game got too complicated and it makes the game unplayable with the Xbox gamepad. This issue also happened on NFS Heat as well. Can you guys fix this or I will demand a refund from EA for their failure of not fixing the controller mapping support and losing my faith for the Need For Speed games.
