To confirm we do pass along feedback and reports to the team to be aware of. The team continues working on updates and improvements for Unbound, with the latest patch 7.0.2 being the most current fixes.
While I can understand the frustration issues can cause when trying to enjoy unbound, please remember that we have forum rules and guidelines for everyone here on Answers HQ.

I suggest a temporary solution. Install reshade in the game. The dxgi.dll file in Reshade fixes this error by 99%. You don't need to use any filter. Run reshade, select dx12, select the folder where the exe of the game is located, complete the installation further.
EA Staff (Retired)@EA_Illiumhi, unfortunately yes, it is still happening. i'll try a clean boot as you suggested today. I hope i can get into a playlist though, for some reason i have been having connection issues with the game in the past few days
