Credentials Expired?

Question

I don't ever remember having credentials, couldn't find any based on my phone number or email, and I can't play on autolog without them...? How did it even know I had them when I had to reinstall my PS4 and this is my first time playing Hot Pursuit? 😭&nbsp;

This error message that you see is related to your EA account. If you haven't logged in a while your credentials might expire. You can fix this by resetting your password: How to reset your expired password
