digital download and disk saves regional compatibility

I have nfs unbound on disk and i bought the speed pass on the playstation store. i found out that my copy of unbound is not compatible with the add on i purchased. so i purchased the digital copy of the game. now i want to have my progress from the disk version to transfer to the digital copy. is there a way that i can do thhis? my unbound disk is arabic while im playing on hkn.
