DLC bug?

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Bought the dlc and the game its self isnt working as well as it was before. The game freezes at times which is odd cause its never done that. Story has completely stopped progressing.
What happens when the bug occurs? Story doesnt progress, xp boost doesnt activate, cars are un customizable, kind of game breaking
What do you expect to see? No issues after getting dlc

Decided to hop on unbound again after a good while and have been enjoying it again thus far. I decided to buy the 15$ dlc and then my game pretty much crapped its self. The story has stopped progressing even after going back to the garage. Xp boosts and such dont activate. When customizing a car it doesn't save or equip for lack of a better term. Ive noticed too when i bought the pack i have several of the same car in my inventory. Literally 4-5 of the same car which i felt had to have been a bug. Same goes for decals and stickers. The game is playable but again cant progress or customize
