Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Camera View Glitches Out Backing Out Of Map Menu

Product: Need for Speed: Unbound
Platform:Xbox Series X
Summarize your bug There's a serious bug when backing out of the map menu while driving around the camera starts to freak out for example it starts to bounce around it will do it even more when driving on a slant or hill it will be 10 times worse. I took a look through the settings and I have a feeling that one of the settings that could be a factor is the (CAMERA PITCH SENSITIVITY) it says it "Scales how high the chase camera moves on pitch imput" So I'm thinking this is a setting that could be conflicting and causing this bug. I've tested this on my other car and have noticed this issue happening as well this is really irritating and needs to be looked into ASAP as a top priority I'm so dissapointed with this game because of this bug it got to the the point where I untinstalled the game and tried getting a refund but unfortunately it got denied because I already progressed through the game. I tried also informing two suppor agents in the past couple of days. This needs to be addressed immediately. This bug is absolutely obnoxious and irritating to deal with I couldn't even play it anymore and I noticed it when I mostly back out of the map menu while driving especially more noticble on slants and hills. Please look into this EA and fix this this is not right.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? So I've been driving around in multiple cars but basically after accessing the map menu and back out while driving around the camera will start to glitch out and bounce around
What happens when the bug occurs? The camera will start to bounce around for a few seconds after backing out of the map menu.
What do you expect to see? When driving around a backing out of the map menu the camera should be stable should not be bouncing around like that.

So I recently just purchased this game and there's a serious bug I've been experiencingwhen backing out of the map menu while driving around the camera starts to freak out for example it starts to bounce around it will do it even more when driving on a slant or hill it will be 10 times worse. @NFSgamer19 Hi, thanks for the post. Would it be possible to get a clip of this? If you toggle the camera view with Y does the same thing happen with them?
  • Here is my clip showing my issue this bug is extremely obnoxious and frustrating I can't deal with this bug it's so bad I've had moments where it was 10 times worse I've untinstalled it and tried to get a refund but it got denied because I already progressed through the game. This needs to be addressed ASAP
