I would like to add that I have already reinstalled the game 3 times and no positive results.
1. Also, when starting the game in EA I am redirected to Epic Games Launcher and nothing else happens.
2. I also had the EA app window close during launch, as if the game wants to start, but nothing happens again

HI @Forxad22 Thanks for the video, can we try the following steps and check if this continues?
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Put your device in a Clean Boot and only launch the game

Just to add onto that, can you log out of the EA app, then restart your system. Now start epic and try launch again?@EA_David @EA_Illium
I've done all, nothing helps.
Also today I installed Origin and the game ran and I immediately got out. After I plugged the gamepad and wanted to log in and again began to crash, just like in EA.
I have already cleaned the caches everywhere but nothing helps.
