Adding my setup here, got the same Dx12 issue.
R9 5950X
RX 6900XT
32 GB DDR4 3600Mhz
2560*1440px 144hz display
Tested everything already shared here, to no avail.
Also got a GTX1080 as a spare, I will test it later this week.
Same Problems here, with Hardware for good measure:
R9 3900X
RX 6900XT
32GB DDR4 3000MHZ
1440p120Hz
Even did a Win 11 install instead of the previous Win 10 to see if that would help, same problem persists.I've run out of things to try.

- @Shynaen I had the same setup as yours except my display is 3440*1440 144hz. I tried everything. Clean RE install windows but still the same error.
- a little update from my side
- i still have my 3060ti and still running the game at 1920x1080 and i ordered a bigger ram kit before i got the game and it arrived yesterday.
- the prev was a 16 gig kit and the new one is a 32 gig kit
- i updated bios after i installed my new rams and the game ran without crashes all day
- i had 2 sessions, one lasted abt 3 hours and the other lasted abt 2 and a half hours and i had no crash what so ever
- i did nothing else
Yesterday at the evening I tried to minimize NFS-U in my third race to see what happens. After 10 Minutes I switched in again, but it already crashed.
So I did 2 races, leave the complete game, restart, 2 races, leave the game, restart and so on. That worked. At the moment I start a third race it crash all the time. But I think that has nothing to do with the third race, more with the time that I´m in the game.
