@itsdeclyn It might take a while for everything to synchronize. Has it updated yet? If not, there's a possibility that your app's cache may be corrupted, leading to the issue you're facing. We recommend clearing your application cache. Here's how:
1. Open the EA app and select the three dashes in the top-left corner.
2. Navigate to "Help."
3. Choose "App recovery."
4. Click on "Clear cache."
If this doesn't resolve the problem, consider logging out and then logging back into the EA app to see if that helps.
