EA Play Rewards Missing NFS unbound

I confirmed that I have an active EA play subscription (both on steam and on the ea app; oops ok double paying) have tried absolutely everything to get the M3 GTR in NFS unbound from reinstalls to restarting. I do think I used to see it there. Currently I have my EA play subscriptions set to not renew (not gonna pay if I’m not getting the gods and services) but should still be active on both steam an ea play. If I hit shift + F1 in game I see the little play icon.  

I do actually think I remember seeing the car in game earlier but it’s not there anymore. Very frustrating since my friends and I wanted to race them.

    game doesn’t have my ea play reward car. Have tried reinstalling and also checking my subscription.  Cant find the bmw m3 gtr in game.

    Hi @StrawberryAlpaca, Apologies to confirm you are subscribed to EA play via both the EA app and Steam? Which client did you install the game from?

    Hello!

    I was about to create a post with the same subject but instead I'm joning yours.

    I'm having the same issue since yerstarday as well, all the exclusive EA subscription vehicles disappeared.

    In my case I bought annual EA subscription through Steam (PC).

    BOTH EA Support and Steam Support are not able to give me answer about what I should do. They keep throwing me at each other like I'm a ball or something like that lol.

    I have the steam version. I checked the comments on the promotional post made on steam advertising the BMW M3 GTR and only saw comments from steam users with ea play subscriptions who were not able to access the car. Seems like the problem is fairly widespread.  My experience has been very similar to the other person who posted a reply here where all the help options have seemed the problem unfixable and any refund of my subscription purchase equally impossible.

    i would be curious if anyone can confirm they have the steam version of the game, got the ea play subscription and HAVE been able to access the rewards. Might be an universal issue.

    Any news about this issue? C'mon EA, I paid for an annual subscription and this is the only one game with that issue. I made contact with Steam support and they confirmed me my EA sub its okay and valid, or else I won't be able to access other titles included.

    This year I'm being seriously tested to keep going with NFS franchise or finally drop off due to the general low quality on the game itself and the EA Services to make it work. And I'm not liking it by any second, just pure stress with things like this.

    @LucasRdS93 You're not the only one with the issue, I got it too and I was happy to be having the M3 GTR "Legends Edition" in both story and lakeshore online.

    @KasperCrowley My problem is not only M3 GTR which is a robbery considering it was free on NFS Heat.

    I paid the subscription only for this game and it wasn't cheap so I want it working perfectly back since Steam can't refund my money.
