Error Code: F03
I'm not able to join online games or use the shop in offline mode. I've un-installed everything and restarted my internet. I reinstalled the base game still doesn't work. reload all dlc one by one still didn't work.

Im getting this issue too, think corrupted by the Upgrade pack they put out the end of last year
