Friend list & friends online are not working

Summarize your bug I can’t see my friend list on unbound and my friends are having this issue and I had this issue back in August and I haven’t had this issue until today,please fix it it is very annoying when it happens,thank you for reading this report.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know if you can find this bug because it’s a very weird bug.
What happens when the bug occurs? Basically the game would show no friends online but your friend is online on the game and your friend list won’t show up it’s just blank.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see it fix if it can be because I don’t want this bug to keep happening in unbound I love this game but this is a very rare and annoying bug.
Friend list will appear blank
Can we try the following and check if this continues?
- Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open your PS5 NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
