Game crashed and now i cant open it

A few days ago i was playing nfs unbound on pc and my game crashed, and for the last few days i havent been able to launch the game or the ea app, i have tried evrything and nothing works, clearing app cache, app recovery, install and uninstall, when i try to open the app nothing happens is there a fix or something or do i just accept the fact that ea wont work on my pc.
