DICE TeamHi @atlCou, Just to be sure, You own the game on Steam? It should start EA app and then start the game up. I assume nothing happens when you press play after it jumps to EA app and no errors?

Good morning. I to am having the same problems and tried everything. Do we have to purchase the game from ea because I purchased it from steam. I was on reddit and a lot of people are dealing with the same issues. It launches but when I click on story mode, it stays on the black screen. I hope this is something yall can fix really soon because the game is not working on pc's. Thanks. Ps. I requested my money back from steam for the game because it's really aggregating
