Game Freeze/Long Loading Times

After i purchased the Ultimate Edition, my games starts having small spurts of freeze and frame drops when i complete an objective ( collecting collectibles, completing hot laps etc. )

Not only that the loading screen takes very long when entering a MP session ( lockdown, pvp etc. )

These issues didnt exist before i bought the ultimate collection. im on ps5
