Game keeps crashing right after loading

Game keeps crashing.  I just bought this and haven't even been able to play it at all.

It crashes some 10-15 seconds after loading, max I've gotten was to 5th question but most often not past 3rd.

Majority of crashes are just a silent close to desktop, but they seem to leave a mini dump file.

Twice computer even rebooted, once directly and once after BSOD.

I have tried a few things that others with issues have suggested to no avail.

Like switching from game ready to studio driver or deleting cache files.  Capping frame rate at 60, running exe as admin, disabling full screen optimization.

Also did first a repair, then a complete reinstall (even if it was already a new install).
