Game packs arnt showing up in game

So I purchased the volume 6 dynamic pack and I play through my Samsung tv and I cloud play my game through it and I noticed that everything I would’ve unlocked when the pack was bought is now all locked and I don’t understand why

Hello Nfgoblivion,
Check that you are using the account in which you got the packs. After that, if you are still missing the items you should talk to EA support.
