Hello @TheShinyShin,
Have you tried the usual steps of reinstalling your game, updating your CPU and GPU drivers? Also, check for windows updates and check if you're using the correct account in NFS Unbound.
If the issue is not resolved, you should talk to support again. Try your luck with a different EA support agent.

I have tried all the possible troubleshooting steps. Including the ones you've mentioned.
And are you seriously saying I should go back to support?
They literally sent me here to get help?
