To confirm do you get an error message when you try to launch Unbound or enter a specific mode?
Also if possible could we get a DxDiag file?
No, the game will not launch at all. It acts like it will but then never does. There's nothing wrong with my hardware because the game was working just fine prior to the latest update.

Hi @FrostyStardust To confirm have you tried putting your device in a Clean Boot and seeing if this continues?
