Goin' Uptown Race: Drawbridge/Jump Resets

Summarize your bug At the end of the Goin' Uptown Race there is a drawbridge which is supposed to launch players on top of a tunnel. However, it is not guaranteed that the drawbridge is going to be up, thus players have no ability to jump to the higher level. When going beneath, the game will show "Wron Way" warning and will reset players. Although the tunel leads perfrectly to the finish line
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get into a playlist containing the "Goin' Uptown" race. Observe the drawbridge at the finish straight
What happens when the bug occurs? The drawbridge is down and when players go through the lower level they get reset
What do you expect to see? The drawbridge should either always stay up or there should be no reset on the lower level
