Summarize your bug With the new update of volume 8 the graphics broke for me the grass looks like Minecraft grass and the reflections on the night looks super pixelated i already tried fixing it by reinstalling and fixing the game files but it didn't work.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play the game i guess.
What happens when the bug occurs? the graphics look trash
What do you expect to see? normal looking grass and not pixelated reflections

Hi @Davrazor Have you made any changes to the in-game settings? Also, would you be able to share a clip or screenshot of how this looks?
We can also try the following steps when you have a moment to see if this gets fixed.
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
- Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.
