HDR is broken on RTX 4000 carda

Summarize your bug If you have a 4000 series nVidia GPU and want HDR you have to delete nvngx_dlssg.dll inside game files. That disables DLSS3 frame generation, but HDR starts working as intended. HDR just does not work withouut deleting mentioned file. It works just fine on RTX 3000 series GPU
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Run the game with RTX 4090 or RTX 4080 and try turning HDR on and off in-game. It does nothing. Then delete or rename nvngx_dlssg.dl file in the game install directory. After that HDR works just fine.
What happens when the bug occurs? HDR off or auto in-game setting has no difference.
What do you expect to see? HDR off and Auto should look different. It does look different as intended if you delete the mentioned file from game directory
