HDR NOT WORKING IN FULLSCREEN NFS UNBOUND

Summarize your bug HDR Does not enable on Fullscreen. HDR only turns on if, I open a browser (with hardware acceleration ON), play an HDR Youtube video, open the game with HDR on ONLY FOR WINDOWED MODE, log in to the open world, and alt tab until I am able to get it working. This is a hit or miss temporary fix that has to be repeated to get HDR working and has to be done everytime you open the game and want to play with HDR. Full screen HDR is obviously broken and there hasn't been any acknowledgement.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to fullscreen and simply try turning HDR on, even when it is enabled in windows it doesn't work.
What happens when the bug occurs? HDR is obviously not functioning correctly everything is washed out and dark, when it is in windowed it looks perfect, but then you are sacrificing framerate.
What do you expect to see? Vibrant Bright colors at optimized framerate with Fullscreen

I'm on RTX 3080TI - HDR is simply not turned on in-game,  its clearly turned on in windows but when I go into the game the HDR isn't truly on despite being on "Auto". I have to open and reopen the game many times to play with HDR on while a youtube video plays in the background plus with it being in Borderless it causes my game to run at about 50fps in intense situations. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: For those that are using the workaround for HDR via Youtube Video HDR, YOU MUST HAVE HARDWARE ACCELERATION ENABLED for it to work
